Abstract

Human resources is an importan element of company. Therefore, it needs to be developed optimally in order to improve the employees’ performance as well as to achieve company’s goals. This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of independent variables namely compensaion, motivation, and lesdership style on the dependent variable. i.e. employees’ performance of PT. Abadi Karya Utama Citra.The research was quntiative. While, the sampling collection technique used nonprobability sampling in which there were 60 respondent. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression, model proper test, and hypothesis test with SPSS. The research result condlided compensation had significant effect on the employees’ performance with significance t test of 0.000 < 0.05. Moreover, motivation had significant effect on theemployees’ performance with significance t test of 0.046 < 0.05. furthermore, leadership style had significant effect on the employees’ performance with significance t test of 0.005 < 0.05
