PENGARUH FASILITAS DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MENGINAP DI THE WIN HOTEL SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of facility and promotion on the decision to stay of The WIN Hotel, Surabaya. While, the population was consumers who stay of The WIN Hotel Surabaya, located at Jl. Embong Tanjung No. 46 – 48, Genteng, Surabaya – East Java. Moreover, the data were primary. Furthermore, the data collection technique used accidental sampling during January 2019. In line with, there were 100 respondents as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The research result concluded both facility and promotion had positive and significant effect on the decision to stay of The WIN Hotel,Surabaya. Besides, the facility had dominant effect on the decision to stay with the result of statistic beta value in the t test which was grearter than the promotion. This condition showed the more complete the facilities provided and the more innovative promotional strategies, the more consumer decisions to stay at The WIN Hotel Surabaya would be.
