PENGARUH PERPUTARAN MODAL KERJA, KAS DAN PIUTANG TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE

Abstract

This study explains the relationship of working capital turnover, cash turnover and account receivable turnover to retun on assets in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX, as well as how much influence the working capital turnover, cash and accounts receivable turnover on the company's return on assets. The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of working capital turnover,cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover on return on assets. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was obtained by using purposive sampling method, which is the selection of samples with predetermined criteria. The population in this study were 48 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 20132017 and based on the purposive sampling method obtained as many as 10 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study was tested by classical assumption test, F test and t test using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that working capital turnover and receivable turnover have a significant effect on return on assets, while cash turnover has no significant effect on return on assets.
