Abstract

This resarch aimed to find out the effect of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On asset (ROA) on the shares price of property and real estate companies which were listed on indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection tecnique used purposive smpling, in wich there wee 11 property and real estate companies 2013-2017, as sample. While, the data were in the form of financial data and taken from companies balance sheet and its income statetment. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with exceland SPSS 2.0. The research result concluded financial ratio which was measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER) had positive and significant effect on the sahres price of property and real estate companies. In addition, Earning Per Share (EPS) as well as Retrun On Asset (ROA) had positive and significanteffect on the shares price of property and real estate companies. In brief, Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Retrun On Asset (ROA) had dominant Effect on the shares price.
