Abstract

Human resource is one of the elements of the organization which has an important role in each of the activities which determined the success of the company in achieving its goal. Effective employees are needed in order to face highly global market competition. Employee who has high level performance reflects positive attitude towards the job. While, employee who is not satisfied with his/her job reflects negative attitude towards the job. This research aimed to examine the effect of working discipline, motivation, and working environment on the employees’ performance of PT Starfood International. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data used primary, with questionnaire as the instrument. Furthermore, the data collection technique use saturated sample, in which all population members were the respondents. In line with, there were 60 respondents. In addition, the data analusis technique used SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solutions) 22. The research result concluded working discipline had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance with coefficient regression of 0,000. Likewise, motivation had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance with coefficient regression of 0,001. Besides, working environment had positive and signoficant effect on the employees’ performance with coefficient regression of 0,028.
