Abstract

Human natural resources is the most important element of company, since its role is the subject of policy implementer and operational activity, in order to have maximum working achievement. The research aimed to find out the effect of training, compensation, and working discipline on the working achievement of CV Zulfa Tailor Surabaya. The research was quantitative. While, the sampling collection technique used nonprobability sampling in which there were 75 respondent. Moreover, the population was all employess of CV Zulfa Tailor Surabaya. In addition, the data analiysis technique used multiple linier regression, proper test model, and hypothesis test with SPSS version 22. The research result concluded training had positive and significant effect on the working achievement. It meant, the higher training level of employees, the higher working achievement of employees would have. On the other hand, compensation had positive but insigniuficant effect on working achievement. In other words, the higher compensation did not affect on the working achievement of employees. In additiob, working discipline had positive and significant effect on working achievement. It meant, the higher working discipline of employees, the higher working achievement of CV Zulfa Tailor would be gained.
