Abstract

This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of independent variables compensation, work motivation
and discipline on dependent variables employees performance at PT. Nindya Karya (persero) Area II
Surabaya.The research population were employees of PT. Nindya Karya (persero) Area II Surabaya with 67
respondents. In this research, there were two types of data : second and primary data. In addition, the data
analysis technique used multiple linier regression. It animed to count regression coefficient of he effect of
independent variable, namely compensation, work motivation and discipline on the employees performance.The
result of testing concluded that compensation had significant effect on employee performance with significant
score ofα = 0.000 < 0,05. The work motivaton had significant effect on employee performance with significant
score of α = 0,001 < 0,05 and work discipline also had significant effect in employees performance of α = 0,001 <
0,05. In addition, from compensation, work motivation and discipline, the variable which much more dominant
was compensation.
