Abstract

The company’s performance was level of achievement that has been produced by a company. The company’s
performance was also a form of real work which was produced by an employees in each in order to maintain its
company in a tightly business competition.The population of this research was ship Construction Company at
PT. Aulia Karya Perdana. The sample collection technique use probability sampling with 69 respondents. The
analysis method used multiple linier regressions analysis with the instrument of SPSS (Statistical Product and
Service Solutions).The result showed that leadership style gave significant influence to the employees
performance, it proven with significance value was α = 0,003 < 0,05. Work discipline gave significant influence
to the employees performance, it proven with significance value was α = 0,007 < 0,05. The work motivation gave
significant influence to the employees’ performance, it proven with significance value was α = 0,000 < 0,05.
Futhermore, from all the variables which were leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation, only work
motivation gave dominant influence to the employees performance it shown that the significance level was
α = 0,000 < 0,05.
