Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and situational leadership on employee performance. The sample in this study were 40 employees of PT Garam (Persero) Indonesia. Employees play an active role in determining the plans, systems, processes and goals to be achieved. Sophisticated tools owned by the company have no benefit for the company, if the active role of employees is not included. The achievement of company goals, one of which is very dependent on the good and bad performance of employees. For this reason, the company in this case the leader must pay attention to employees, direct and motivate to improve its performance. The sampling technique was randomly sampled from all employees of PT Garam (Persero) Indonesia whom the researchers met at the time of distributing the questionnaire. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test. Based on the results of the study it is known that work motivation affects employee performance because the significance value in t test is smaller than 0.05, which is 0.001. Work discipline influences employee performance because the significance value at t test is less than 0.05, that is 0,000. Situational leadership influences employee performance (KK) because the significance value in t test is smaller than 0.05, which is 0.018.
