Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the importance of the motivationvariables, work discipline, occupational safety and health (K3) on the performance of employees in an organization or company. The importance of performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or a group of people within an organization, in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities, in order to achieve the objectives of the organization legally, not violating the law, in accordance with the moral and ethical. This research was conducted at PT GRC Karya Perdana. The population in this study is all employees of the company with the number of 50 employees. So the data analysis technique used is the technique of multiple linear analysis by using saturated samples.The result of this research shows that motivation variable have positive and significant influence to employee performance with regression coefficient equal to 0,650 and level of significance 0,000, discipline have positive and significant influence to the employee performance with regression coefficient equal to 0,141 and the significant level is 0,014 and occupational health safety (K3) positive and significant to the employee performance with regression coefficient of 0,128 and level of significance of 0,012. This shows that all independent variables have a positive or significant influence.
