Abstract


This research is aimed to find out and to examine the influence of motivation and work
environment to the employee work satisfaction at PT. Besa Sekar Guna. The population of
this research is all employees of PT. Besa Sekar Guna and the numbers of samples are 50
respondents. The data analysis technique has been carried out by using multiple linier
regressions analysis which is aimed to calculate the amount of coefficient regressions in
order to shows the influence of motivation and work environment to the employee work
satisfaction. Meanwhile, the goodness of fit (F test) test has been applied to examine the
feasibility models in this research. The result of the t test shows that motivation gives
significant and positive influence to the employee work satisfaction with the t
count
is 2,552 and
it sig is 0,014 < (α) 0,05. The work environment gives significant and positive influence to the
employee work satisfaction of PT. Besa Sekar Guna with the t count is 2,983 and its sig is
0,005 < (α) 0,05. It has been found from the result of t test that work environment is the
variable which gives dominant influence to the employee work satisfaction of PT. Besa Sekar
Guna.
