PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSET, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the return on assets, dividend policy and debt to equity ratio against the stock price. Population in this research is food and beverage. The data that been used are financial statements and financial performance reports of food and beverage companies which is listed in the BEI in 2012-2016.The sample in this research consist of 11 food and beverage companies which have been chosen using purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques that used in this research are multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test using t test with 0.05 significance value processed with using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution).The result of F test shows that return on asset, dividend policy and debt to equity ratio have an influence on stock price. Hypothesis test (t test) that is return on asset, dividend policy have an effect on signifikan to share price, while debt to equity ratio has no significant influence to the stock price.
