ANALISIS FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI YIELD OBLIGASI

Abstract

This research is meant to analyze the influence of interest rates, bond rating, maturity and
profitability to the bond yields through yield report from Bareksa and the data of corporate bonds and
real estate properties which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and PT PEFINDO. The
samples has been obtained by using saturation sampling methods to the property and real estate sector
companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and PT PEFINDO in 2013-2015
periods and 9 companies and 20 bonds of property companies and real estate have been obtained as
samples. The analysis method has been done by using multiple linear regressions analysis. The result
of the research shows that the interest rates give positive and significant influence to the bond yields,
bond rating gives insignificant and negative influence. Meanwhile maturity and profitability gives no
significant influence to the bond yields. Simultaneously, the independent variables give great
influence to the dependent variable.
