PENGARUH DER, GROWTH, SIZE, DAN ROE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Capital Structure, Company Growth, Company Size and Profitability to Company Value. The sample consisted of 9 banking companies that met the criteria as the research sample. Financial statement data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). With a research period of four years, namely the year 2013-2016. The sampling technique was chosen by purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the test using Model Feasibility Test (Test F), it is known that Capital Structure, Corporate Growth, Company Size and Profitability simultaneously have significant influence to company value. The result of t test analysis shows that (1) Capital Structure has significant influence to Company Value. (2) Company Growth has no significant influence on Corporate Value. (3) Company size has no significant negative influence to Corporate Value. (4) Profitability has no significant negative influence on Corporate Value.
