ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN UNTUK MENILAI RETURN SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN INVESTASI DI BEI

Abstract

This research is aimed to find out and to study how the financial ratio analysis can be used to assess
the total stock return of investment companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This
research is a descriptive analysis which describe, record, analyze and interpret the certain conditions
in the certain period which occurs in the research object so that this researchis not to conduct
hypothesis test but to describe the information and the analysis in accordance with the condition
which is studied and interpreted. The analysis techniques has been carried out by using qualitative
and quantitative analysis techniques by calculating the above ratios i.e. liquidity, activity,
profitability and solvency. The result of the test result shows the liquidity and company activities
levels of Arthavest, Tbk is better than other investment companies, stock return from profitability and
solvency level of Lippo Securities, Tbk comany is better than other investment companies. It has been
found from the result of the financial ratios analysis it can be seen that Arthavest, Tbk has a total
stock returns better than 8 other investment companies. It is indicated on 5 ratio indicators that have
been used.
