Abstract

This research aimed to find out and describe how important the effect of motivation, job environment and training on the employees performance in PT FIF (Federal International Finance) Surabaya. The research was quantitative. While, the population was all employees of Human Resources, 40 people, in PT FIF Surabaya. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linier with saturated sample and using SPSS version 23. The data collection used descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression linier analysis, model proper test, and hypothesis testing.The research result showed that the compensation variable had positive significant effect on employees performance with regression coefficient of 0,216 and 0,021 on level of significant. Moreover, motivation had positive significant effect on employee performance with regression coefficient of 0,266 and 0,003 level of significant. In addition, job environment had positive significant effect with regression coefficient of 0,606 and 0,000 level significant. In brief, all independent variables had positive significant effect on the employees performance.
