PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This research is meant to examine and analyze the influence of motivation, compensation, and work discipline to the employees’ performance. The population of this research is used employees at PT Kurnia Jedine Sejahtera Surabaya who is actively work. The sample collection has been done by issuing questionnaire to the 100 respondents. The data analysis of this research has been done by using SPSS 21 version, and the examination data has been done by using validity test, reliability test with alpha Cronbach. The classic assumption and multiple linear regressions analysis is used to examine and prove the research hypothesis. The result of this research shows that model reliability test indicates that the variables of motivation, compensation, and work discipline give significant influence to the employees’ performance. The coefficient determination (Rsquare) shows that it has big contribution. Meanwhile, the partial test shows that the motivation variable gives positive and significant influence to the employee performance. Compensation gives positive and significant influence to the employees’ performance. Work discipline gives positive and significant influence to the employees’ performance. The variable which has dominant influence is compensation variable it supported with its biggest partial coefficient determination compare with variable of motivation and work discipline.
