Abstract

One of the important factors in supporting and achieving the company's goal is the role of employees who can work well and achieve the job performance expected by the company. This research aims to examine the influence of variable compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance on CV. Multimedia Karya Sejahtera. The data that been used in this research is the primary data. The population in this research as many as 39 employees CV. Multimedia Karya Sejahtera, while the samples obtained by using purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria, so that obtained the sample of 32 Employees CV. Multimedia Karya Sejahtera working on Digital Production. Dependent variable in this research is Employee Performance, while the independent variables are Compensation, Discipline Work, and Motivation. Methods Data analysis by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Compensation, Work Discipline, and Motivation together have a significant influence on Employee Performance, partially indicated that Compensation, Work Discipline, and Motivation have a significant influence on the Employee Performance.
