PENGARUH ROA, NPM, dan EPS TERHADAP DEVIDEND PAYOUT RATIO

Abstract

This research has been conducted to examine return on assets (ROA), net profit margins (NPM), and earnings per share (EPS) to the dividend payout ratio (DPR) to the LQ45 manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2016 periods. The population is 45 manufacturing companies. The 10 companies research with purposive sampling. Data analysis technique has been done by using classic assumption test, multiple linear regressions test, model feasibility test and hypothesis test. The results show that return on assets (ROA) gives positive and significant influence to the dividend payout ratio (DPR), net profit margins (NPM) gives positive and insignificant effect to the dividend payout ratio (DPR) and earnings per share (EPS) gives positive and insignificant influence to the dividend payout ratio (DPR). So it can be concluded that ROA, NPM, and EPS give positive influence to the fluctuation of the level of dividend payout ratio (DPR).
