Abstract

This research aims to examine and determine the influence of capital structure, company size and profitability on the company value in automotive companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 - 2016 with a population is 13 companies. The sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The sample in this research used 9 automotive companies .Data analysis techniques that used are multiple regression analysis and classical assumption test with the help of SPSS 23 application. The results of this research indicates that the capital structure and company size have a positive and significant influence on the company value, which means that the increasing capital structure and company size, the company value also increases. Similarly, if the capital structure and company size decreases, then the company value also decreases. As for profitability has a negative influence on the company value, which means that the increase in profitability is not followed by increasing the company value. Similarly, the decline in profitability is not followed by a decrease in company value.
