Abstract

 

The current condition of the development of tourism isgrowing rapidly, it hasmadethe competition i
n
ruling the market. Various types of tourism have beenoffered to the customer in order to attract the
customers to visit.The most favorite tourismin East Javais the theme park tourism which is equipped
with various rides. Therefore, the LamonganMaritime Tourism (WBL) maintains theirexistence by
making the customer satisfaction as their main goal.This research is meant to find out the influence of
place, promotion and price to the customer satisfaction in Lamongan Maritime Tourism. The
population of this
research is all visitors of Lamongan Maritime Tourism and 100 respondents have
been selected as samples. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive
sampling and the analysis has been done by using multiple regressions analysis.The result of
the
research shows that place, promotion and price have significant influence to the customer satisfaction.
The result indicates that research model is feasible to be usedandit can be continuedfor further
analysis. This result is supported by the acquisition of coefficient correlation 71.9% which shows that
the correlation among variables to the customer satisfaction is firm, The result of partial test shows
that the variables that have been used in this research i.e. place, promotion and price each of them
haspositive and significant influence to the customer satisfaction.
