Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of dividend payout ratio (DPR), debt to asset ratio (DAR), and SIZE
to price book value (PBV) in consumer goods companies which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange at 2012 to
2016 period. The sampling technique used in this research that used purposive sampling method on consumer
goods companies which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 to 2016 as many as 8 companies of
consumer goods. The method of data analysis that been used is multiple regression analysis with using SPSS
application tool version 23. The results of this research indicates that the company value can be explained by
dividend payout ratio (DPR), debt to asset ratio (DAR), and SIZE of 51.5% while the remaining 48.5% is
explained by other variables not done in this research. Based on the result of hypothesis test showed that the
variable of THE debt to asset ratio (DPR) has significant influence to the company value, while dividend payout
ratio (DPR) and SIZE variable have no significant influence to the company value.
