Abstract


The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership, work environment and
job satisfaction to the performance of employees at PT. Jago Diesel Surabaya. This research is causal method, the
sample collection has been done by using non-probability sample. The data is the primary data which has been
obtained by issuing questionnaire
s. The analysis technique has been carried oout by using multiple linear
regressions analysis. The population is all employees of PT. Jago Diesel Surabaya, 50 respondents have been
selected as samples. Based on the result of the feasibility test model, it has been found that the independent
variables which consist of transformational leadership, work environment and job satisfaction have significant
influence to the performance of employees. Meanwhile, the result of the hypothesis test shows that
transformational leadership, work environment and job satisfaction have significant and positive influence to
the performance of employees. Based on the above analysis it can be concluded that to retain the performance of
employees in the future which is related to transformational leadership and work environment, it is
recommended to conduct a research outside the variables which have been used in this research or to combine
one of the variables in this research.
