Abstract

Credit is the main income earned by the bank. Lending has a very important role in the economic growth of a country. Smoothness in lending activities can have a positive influence on the development of the community's economy.The purpose of this research is to know the influence of third party funds (DPK), non performing loan (NPL), return on assets (ROA) to the amount of credit disbursement provided by government banks in Indonesia in 2007-2016 period. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis technique, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test using t test, and using classical assumption test which include normality test, multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation test.The results of this research indicates that the independent variables (DPK, NPL, ROA) have a significant influence on the dependent variable is the amount of credit disbursement provided by the government bank. The third party fund (DPK) variable has a positive and significant influence on the amount of credit disbursement to a government bank. While for the variable of non performing loan (NPL) and return on assets (ROA) have a negative and significant influence to the amount of credit disbursement in government banks.
