Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and to prove the influence of the implementation of the values ministry
of finance to the performance of employees on Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Surabaya. The
result of the examination which has been done by using model feasibility test indicates that there is significant
influence among ministry of finance values variables which consist of integrity, professionalism, synergy, service
and the perfection to the performance of employees, on the determination coefficient test (R
square
) which shows the
large contribution. Meanwhile, the result of partial examination shows that each variable of ministry of finance
values which consist of integrity, professionalism, synergy, service and the perfection also shows the significant
influence to the performance of employees, with the integrity variable which has dominant influence
