PENGARUH MEKANISME GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, MODAL INTELEKTUAL, DAN CORPORATE GROWTH TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to understand and analyzing the influence of corporate governance mechanism, intellectual capital, and corporate growth to the company value which is calculated by using price to book value (PBV) at PT Citatah Tbk at 2010-2016 period that has been registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). PT Citatah Tbk that has been registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) was the subject of this research. Reason to use PBV method because this method is easy to use. This study did not use the population because there is one company that met the eligible PT Citatah Tbk. The method that been used is multiple linear regression analysis with using SPSS 20 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application tool. The result shows that good corporate governance that been proxied with managerial ownership has positive influences to the company value, institutional ownership has negative influence to the company value. While, intellectual capital has a positive influence on the company value. Last, corporate growth positively influenced the company value.
