Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of training, motivation and working discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia Surabaya Branch. Population used in this research is employees of PT. Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia Branch Surabaya with total sample of 59 respondents. The data analysis technique that been used is multiple linear regression analysis that aims to calculate the regression coefficient to indicate the influence of training variables, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. While testing the hypothesis using goodness of fit test with F test and partial influence test with t test. The test result of goodness of fit with F test shows that the independent variables of training, motivation and work discipline significantly influence employee performance is 0,000<0,05. With the result of partial influence test with t test indicates that the training variables have significance level 0,002<0,05, motivation variable have significance level 0,014<0,05 and work discipline variable have significance level 0,005<0,05. Based on these calculations, it can be concluded partially training, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
