Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee
Performance CV. Mahkota Surabaya.This research is included in the type of quantitative research. Analytical
technique used is multiple linear analysis that aims to calculate the magnitude of regression coefficients to show the
magnitude of the influence of leadership style variables, motivation and work environment on employee performance.
While the goodness of fit test (Test F) is used to test the feasibility of the model in the research. F test results show
that regression model can be used to predict employee performance. Population in this research is employees who
work in CV. Mahkota Surabaya, amounting to 57 employees. Sampling technique using saturated sample technique.
The research instrument using questionnaires distributed to employees CV. Mahkota with respondents ie all
employees who work in CV. Mahkota.The result of this research shows that leadership style has positive and
significant influence on employee performance, motivation has positive and significant influence to employee
performance, and work environment have positive and significant influence to employee performance.
