PENGARUH K3 DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT. MIWON INDONESIA

Abstract

Occupational safety and health (K3) and work environment are important factors in a company's success, both in service and production. Employees are assets in the company, so it is needed by the company to work safety and health (K3) and the work environment of its employees are interesting to be studied. Therefore this research to understand how is safety, health (K3) and work environment to the work productivity of employees. This research is a quantitative research with survey approach. The number of the samples in this research as many as 100 employees, while the sampling technique in this research using probability sampling technique. Independent variables consist of safety and health (K3) (X1) and work environment (X2), while the dependent variable is work productivity (Y). Testing the instrument using validity test and reliability test. The data analysis methods are using multiple linear regression analysis with R2 test, partial determination coefficient, F test, and T test. The results of this research indicates that the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) and work environment have a significant influence on work productivity. The most influential variable on work productivity is occupational safety and health (K3) with the value equal to 59,8%.
