Abstract

This research is raining to know and analyze the influence of Return On Equity (ROE), Company Size, and Capital Structure to Company Value at Consumer Goods company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data that used in this research is secondary data from the consumer goods financial statements which is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2016 period with a population of 22 companies. By usin purposive sampling method, 12 companies are in the research. The analytical method used in multiple linear analysis with using SPSS version 24 tool. The results of this reseacrh indicates that company value can be explained by variable return on equity (ROE), company size, and capital structure equal 60,8% while the rest 39,2% is pledged by other variable not done in this research. Based on result of hypothesis test show that return on equity (ROE) have significant influence to the company value. While the company size and debt to equity ratio (DER) is not significant to company value.
