PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, DAN EARNING PER SHARE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of capital structure, company size, and earning per share on the company value together to the company value. The research studies conducted on property and real estate companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange (IDX) period 2013-2015. This research uses secondary data obtained from indonesia stock exchange (IDX) and Stiesia Invesment Gallery. The population in this research are all the property and real estate companies which is listed in the indonesia stock exchange during the 2013-2015 period. The sample selection using purposive sampling method so that obtained by the sample as many as 29 companies. Prior to analysis, a classical assumption test was performed that included normality test, multicolinearity test, autocorrelation test, heterocedasticity test. Analysis of data used to test the hypothesis is by using multiple linier regression analysis techniques. The result of this research shows that the variable of capital structure have no significant influence on campany value, while company size and earning per share have significant influence to company value (PBV).
