PENGARUH STRUKTUR AKTIVA, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR

Abstract

This research aims to examine and determine the influence of Asset Structure, Company Size and Profitability to Capital Structure through annual financial statements that have been prepared by manufacturing companies which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this research was obtained by using purposive sampling method at manufacturing companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during period 2012-2016 and based on predetermined criteria, the sample of 13 manufacturing companies was obtained. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application tool. The results of this research indicates that the Asset Structure has no significant influence on Capital Structure of the manufacturing company, Company Size has significant influence to Capital Structure of manufacturing company, and Profitability significantly influence to Capital Structure of manufacturing company.
