Abstract

Employee performance is individual because each employee has different ability level in finishing their tasks. The
performance is the work achievement which can be used to find out the work achievement which has been
acquired and companies usually do the comparison between the current work result of the employee and the
standard which has been set by the company. The research has been carried out by using quantitative approach.
The population and the research object is the 147 Call Center Complain employees of PT Infomedia Nusantara
Surabaya. The samples are 42 respondents. The data has been obtained by issuing questionnaires to the
respondents in order to gain the primary data. Based on the result of the research and discussion, it can be
concluded that: 1) motivation to the employees will form the behavior that leads to the goal for achieving the
satisfaction targets; 2) employee who has strong commitment to the organization is able to give optimum
performance, so a meaningful contribution can be given to the company; 3) helpful behavior that is shown by the
employee will have the contribution that enhances employee performance; 4) high employee performance can be
obtained from the high level of work dicipline which begins with the awareness and the willingness of employee
to comply with the prevailing regulations and social norms in the company.
