PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN RETAIL

Abstract

This research is meant to find out debt to equity ratio, earning per share, return on assets, return on equity, and
book value to the stock price of Retail Company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 4 years in 20112014

periods. The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling method, with the
amount of samples are 15 retail companies with the observation for 4 years in 2011-2014 periods, it obtains the
amount of observation data are 60. The data source of this research is secondary data from Indonesia Stock
Exchange which has been carried out by using multiple linear analysis technique.The result of analysis shows
that debt to equity ratio has significant influence to the stock price of Retail Company in Indonesia Stock
Exchange, earning per share has significant influence to the stock price of Retail Company in Indonesia Stock
Exchange, and book value has significant influence to the stock price of Retail Company in Indonesia Stock
Exchange. Return on assets has dominant influence to the stock price which is the partial determination
coefficient has the highest value is 3.890.
