Abstract

This research aims is to test the influence of the workload, work environment and working motivation to the employee performance of PT Pos Indonesia Post Office at Jemur Andayani Surabaya. This research type is quantitative research by using method of casual comparative research (Casual Comparative Research). The population in this research is all the employees who work in PT Pos Indonesia Post Office Jemur Andayani Surabaya. This research sampling technique by using saturated sample method. The number of samples that been used in this research were 72 respondents. The method of analysis that been used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results in this research indicates that workload, work environment and work motivation simultaneously influenced the performance of the employees with a significance level smaller than 0.05, which indicates that the model in this research proper to use. Partial test results shows that the workload has a positive and significant influence on the employee performance. The work environment has a positive and insignificant influence on the employee performance. Motivation of work has a positive and significant influence on the employee performance.
