Abstract

This research is to know and test how much influence of fingerprint absenteeism variable and work culture to work discipline at PT. Forin Transbuana Logistics and which of these variables influence the most dominant employee discipline. To avoid widespread problems, then the scope of research pbject is the employees PT. Forin Transbuana Logistics. The population used a sample of 44 respondents who are all employees of PT. Forin Transbuana Logistics. Sample used when researching is a sample of saturation and data collection using questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Forin Transbuana Logistics. Data analysis technique that been used is multiple linear regression. The result of t test shows that fingerprint absence significantly and positively influence to work dicsipline also work culture have significant and positive influence to the work discipline. Research conducted at PT. Forin Transbuana Logistics, while fingerprpint attendance is the most influential or dominant variable to work discipline at PT. Forin Transbuana Logistics.
