Abstract

One of the keys success of the organization is having good employees management. For example, in RSU Haji Surabaya. While, the company main assets also become active labor in every acrivities. Moreover, one of the human resource management’s tasks (for the emplyoyee) was improving job satisfaction. In other words, the main indicator of making good human resources management was having fulfilled the employees wants and needs thourgh some activities during work hours. This research aimed to find out the effect of motivation, working environment and compensation on job satisfaction. While, the research was descriptive-quantitative. Moreover, the sampling collection technique used simple random sampling i.e. having equal chances of being sample. Furthermore, the population was 92 respondents or employees of RSU Haji Surabaya. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21. The research result, simultaneously and partially, concluded motivation, working environment, and compensation had positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In brief, the working environment and compensation became the dominant factors which affected on job satisfaction.
