Abstract

As the employees’ needs become higher,PT Suryanusa Abadi Gempol, Pasuruan gives more attention on the working pattern in order to increase working satisfaction. Therefore, the research aimed to find out the effect of motivation on the employees’ working satisfaction. Besides, it aimed to find out the effect of career development and compensation on the employees’ working satisfaction of PT Suryanusa Abadi Gempol, Pasuruan.
The research was descriptive-quantitative, in which the purpose was to describe the resesrch result. While, the population was 100 with 80 respondents as sample. Moreover,the data collection technique used simple random sampling. On this sampling, the sample was taken in random sampling without considering the grade level within the population. In addition,the research result concluded motivation had positive and significant effect on the working satisfaction with significance of 0.049 which lower than 0.05 and t counted of 1.997>t table of 1.665. Likewise, career development had positive and significant effect on the working satisfaction with significance of 0.033 which lower than 0.05 and t counted of 2.167>t table of 1.665. Furthermore, compensation had positive and significant effect on the working satisfaction with significance of 0.024 which lower than 0.05 and the counted of 2.311>t table of 1.665.
