Abstract

This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of motivation, compensation, and working environment on the employees job satisfaction of PT. Distriversa Buanamas Surabaya. While, the rsearch was disciptive quantitative morever, the population was 74 Employees of PT. Buanamas Distriversa Surabaya. The data coellection tehnique used sampling jenu tehnique, in which the sample was taken randomly, in sprite of position in the population. In line with, there were 74 employees as sample. Futhemore, the instrument used slovin formula. The data analysist tehnique used multiple liniea regression. The research rsult concluded motivation had positive and significant effect on the employees job satisfaction wtih t count of 6.119 with signification 0.000 < α = 0.05. Moreover, compensation had positive and significant effect on the employee job satisfaction with t count of 2.004 with significant of 0.049 < α = 0.05. In addition, working enviromnet had positive and significnt effect on the employees job stisfaction with t count of 2.187 with significant 0.032. in brief, the hypothesis was accepted or had been proven the truth
