Abstract

This research ained to find out analyze the effect of working motivation, leadership, and working discipline on the employes performance of RSU Haji Surabaya. While, the research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection texhnique used probability sampling. In line with, there were 92 empoyes of RSU Haji Surabaya as sample. Furthermore, the instrument theb data analysis technique used instrument test, with validity and reliability, classical assumption, and multiple regression with SPSS (Statistical and Service Solution). The research result, from t test, concluded working motivation had significant effect the emplyes performance, as it shown by the significance value of a = 0.032 < 0.05. Likewise, leadership had significant effect on the employees performance, as it showm by the significance value of a = 0.007 < 0.05. In addition, working discipline had significant effect on the employees performance, as it shown by the significance value of a = 0.000 < 0.05. In brief, the employees performance were significantly affected by working motivation, leadership[, and working discipline.
