Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of working diciplines, motivation and working environment
to the employee’s performance at the Department of Hygiene and Green Open Space Surabaya in the medium
facilities and infrastructure sector.Population used in this research is Department of Hygiene and Green Open
Space Surabaya. Sampling taken by using simple random sampling method and this type of research using
quantitative. The data was collected through questionnaires that obtained of 61 respondents. The analysis
technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with using SPSS 22 (Statistical Product
and Service Solutions) application tool.The result showed that the work discipline had positive and significant
influence on employee performance with regression coefficient equal to 0,017, motivation had positive and
significant influence to the employee performance with regression coefficient equal to 0,038, and work
environment had positive and significant influence to the employee performance with regression coefficient
equal to 0,019. While partially shows the most dominant work discipline variables on employee performance
with a significance of 0.096.
