Abstract

Employee performance is very important for an organization, because it will influenced the performance of the organization. Many factors influenced the employee performance such as work environment, organizational culture, leadership style, work motivation and work discipline. This research aims to examine the influence of work environment, organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Garam, (Persero) Surabaya. He population in this research is permanent employee of PT.Garam (Persero) Surabaya office counted 200 people and using random sampling method, sample size determined by using Slovin formula obtained sample counted 66 persons. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application tool. The results showed that the work environment variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Organizational culture variable have positive and significant influence to employee performance. Leadership style variable have positive and significant influence to employee performance.
