Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of variables of service quality, price, place and facility to the
staying decision. the population of this research is all customers at Hotel 88 Surabaya, the sample collection
technique has been done by using non probability sampling and the samples are 100 respondent, the observation
periods has been conducted in 2016. The data type is the primary data which has been obtained by issuing
questionnaires. The analysis technique has been conducted by using multiple linear regressions analysis. The
result of this research has been conducted by using model feasibility test shows that the model is feasible to be
used for the next research and the hypothesis test which has been done by using t test shows that the variables of
service quality, price, place, and facility give significant influence to the staying decision.
