Abstract

This research is meant to analyze about the influence of earnings per share, net profit margin and return on investment on share price. The population is all food and beverages sector manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015 periods which have been selected by using purposive sampling and based on specified criteria therefore 9 companies with 36 firm years which have met the criteria. The analysis method used is multiple regressions analysis, classical assumption test, model feasibility test, and t test. Based on the result of the multiple regressions analysis and t test with its significance level 5%, the results showed that test the feasibility of the model earnings per share, net profit margin, and return on investment give significant influenceto the share price indicates that this ratio becomes one of the considerations for potential investors to invest their capital. Partially, earnings per share, net profit margin and return on investment give significant influence to the share price. It indicates that the investors in making investment decisions always conduct analysis to gain more accurate data when investing with technical and fundamental analyzes.
