PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DAN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA KARYAWAN PT SARANA PASPRO MANDIRI SURABAYA
Abstract
This research examines the effect of perceived organizational support, transformational leadership, and employee
engagement on organizational commitment. Also the study examines the effect of perceived organizational
support and transformational leadership on organizational commitment with employee engagement as a
mediating variable. The research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the data collection technique used
saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. There were 53 employees taken as
samples. Moreover, the data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The result shows that
perceived organizational support and transformational leadership have a significantly positive effect on
organizational commitment. Additionally, perceived organizational and transformational leadership have a
positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Meanwhile, employee engagement does not have a
positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Likewise, perceived organizational support and
transformational leadership do not have a positive and significant effect with employee engagement as a
mediating variable.
