PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN LABA

Abstract

This research examines the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on the profit growth at Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021-2023. The research applies quantitively with secondary data. Furthermore, the population compises Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, with some criteria given. In line with that, there were 30 samples during 3 years (2021-2023) with 90 data observations. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The result shows that (1) liquidity, which was referred to as CR, does not effect on profit growth, (2) leverage, which was referred to as DER, does not effect on profit growth, (3) activity ratio, which was referred to as TATO, does not effect on profit growth, and (4) profitability ratio, which was reffere to as NPM, has a positive effect on profit growth.
