Abstract

This research examines the implementation of accounting and work satisfaction on the employees satisfaction at the main. The research applies quantitatively. Furhermore, based on the report data of Bank Jatim in 2023, the populasion consists of 4,544 employes. The data collection technique used was non probability sampling,was samplingin .The instrument in the data collection technique were observasion and questionnaires that were distributed to respondent. Data analysis technique used descriptive analysis with validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, F-test, determination coefficient (R2), and hypothesis tests. The result show that implementation of accounting has a positive and significant effect on employees performance in the main office of Bank Jatim Surabaya. Likewise, work satisfaction of accounting has a positive and significant effect on employees performance in the main office of bank jatim surabaya. These indicate that the implementation of accounting (PA) can support and trigger better result of the employees performance in the main office (KKP). Therefore, work satisfaction needs to be maintained, and if it is possible, needs to improve again, so that in the future the employees performance will be much better.
