DETERMINAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN KANTOR CAMAT WOTAN ULU MADO FLORES TIMUR, NTT

Abstract

 This study examines the effect of Accounting Information System (SIA), human resources, and implementation of information technology on the financial management of the Camat office, Kecamatan Wotan Ulumado, Kabupaten Flores Timur, NTT. The financial management was measured by financial management accuracy, human resource development policy, information system performance, and service quality. The research applies quantitatively, Furthermore, the population comprises either permanent or honorary employees who work at the Camat office, Kecamatan Wotan Ulumado, Kabupaten Flores Timur, NTT. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the samples. In line with that, there were 59 samples taken. Moreover, the data were gained for 3 years (2022-2024) with 115 data samples in total. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SSPS 21. The result show that SIA, human resources and implementation of information technology have a positive effect on the financia management of the Camat office. These are proven by the respondents’answers that confirmagree and very agree.
