Abstract

This research examines the effect of liquidity, profitability, and financial risks on the firm value of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021-2023. Liquidity was measured by Current Ratio (CR), profitability was measured by Return On Asset (ROA), financial risk was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and firm value was measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The research applies quantitatively with secondary data. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. Moreover, the data were taken for 3 years of observation (2021-2023). Therefore, there were 201 data samples from 67 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result concludes that liquidity has a positive effect on the firm value of Food and Beverage companies. However, profitability does not affect the firm value of Food and Beverage companies. On the other hand, financial risk has a positive impact on the firm value of Food and Beverage companies.
