Abstract

This research examines and analyzes the effect of profitability, leverage, and firm size on the firm value of LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021-2023. The population consists of all LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021-2023. Furthermore, saturated sampling was used as the data collection technique. All members of the population were the sample. In line with that, 135 samples were taken. The data were secondary, in the form of companies’ financial statements. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result shows that leverage has a significant effect on the firm value of LQ-45 companies listed on IDX during 2021-2023. On the other hand, profitability has an insignificant effect on the firm value of LQ-45 companies listed on IDX during 2021-2023. Likewise, firm size has an insignificant effect on the firm value of LQ-45 companies listed on IDX during 2021-2023.
